Topics & Workshops

Motivate. Convince. Inspire.

In a time where transformation and change are a daily fare, and agile working has become the norm, clarity, mutual understanding, and trust play an essential role in communication. Just as important as the ability to inspire, motivate, and persuade others.

Through complementary workshops, participants gain tools and insights that help them reach their goals faster, more effectively, and with greater clarity. We work with topics from participants’ concrete (work) environments and focus on developing individual solutions.

After a brief theoretical introduction, a good 70% of the time is dedicated to hands-on exercises and experiences.

Communication is not just a talent but a skill that anyone can learn. Once acquired and internalised, the structures, techniques, and know-how can be accessed and applied at any time.

Individually, customised contents

All content and topics are approached from a different angle or perspective and therefor have a different focus. - Yet with a common goal: To provide tools and insights to convince, motivate and inspire the other side to do something specific.

Around 70% of the workshop time is dedicated to hands-on practice. Participants are encouraged to try out, experience, discuss, and practice new approaches—until they discover their own personal solutions and unique style.
