leading is communicating

LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATION

Leadership requires a transparent, efficient and unambiguous communication flow reaching all their employees. Pure top down instruction and obedience no longer applies in today's society. Independent and self-confident employees need to be convinced and inspired about the company's tasks, values and goals in order to perform. Successful leadership communication primarily serves to inform and motivate their employees, as well as to shape their identification with the company.

Information.

Studies show that 80% of corporate misconduct is due to a lack of communication. Employees need information in order to work efficiently and smoothly. Regularly, transparently and clear.

Motivation.

Five out of six employees do not feel value from management level. The reason: lack of communication. Motivated employees like to work, are open to new things and engage actively.

Identification.

Surveys show that people who identify with their employer are more likely to work overtime, are more committed and do less job changes.
